that looks like a thin coat 1.5 silicone finish and it looks like it's been over rubbed.i would use hp12 base coat with mesh embedded and 1.5 silicone top to match the existing finish
Asked the plumber and the builder to put the soil stack on the face brick to make it easier for me, didn't take any notice of me

Had a few lads ringing up for work said they've been ringing round but nothing happening, good lads as well, I'm not as busy as last year, looking on my builder and there's ten plasterers interested in one little job

Two young lads on the site we're on are doing 2 houses in 5days £880 a house, leaving a sound job ,its taking me and me mate 6 1/2 days and we're goosed and they said they can do them quicker if they released more houses
I suppose a lot of us are guilty of it,i went to a chinese buffet on sunday and after going back for the 5th time i was stuffed but i still kept going back for more .....greedy c**t!
Its goes on thicker on reskims normally takes longer to go in and who's prepped it , i would go and have a look and work out how long it would take and give them a price
I've always primed before top coating but then i read some comments on here that some don't bother also there are some thin coat systems that i've used that don't require priming they're Italian
The lad who me and me mate are working for told us today that he's just got a new site with 60 houses,we're f**k**g heartbroken, refurbs all day long for me!
