Any one in the Hull area done alot of work with external rendering have to price a job up and not done much rendering and could do with a hand if anyone wants a few days work

Here's a few pics of a ceiling me and Timmo72 did yesterday it measured 12.8x6.4m and went from 2.5 to 3.7m in height with a curve on it, turned out really good in the end
This may seem like a stupid question but do you always have to do a scratch coat then float coat before you skim it
Or can you do just one coat and rule it off with a feather edge then skim
