Roof Racks

Help

I'm looking for a rack to carry 8x4 plaster board for my escort van, do you have to buy a special rack or would set of roof bars do the same sort of job?

Hi, i used to have a escort van with a large metal framed roof rack that had rollers on specialy designed for sheets of plasterboard. I never bought it but the bloke i got it from said it cost a grand and that was about 7 years ago so i would imagine they would be dearer now, but they are definatly worth it as you can get a fair bit on them without the worry of it flying off.
