The real truth about me

You can do that? :eek::D

I did once in Sarajevo. The city was under siege and Serb artillery was raining down, so I figured pay me a few bucks and I can tell her what really goes on in my head.

She fled in terror after five minutes, into the night and the Serb guns.

So the answer is yes, cash can get you a girlfriend, but it can't buy you everything.

Brilliant

You laboured for a spread for 6 month and your god complex kicked in and you thought “I can do this s**t on my own”

You setup as ‘cracking plastering’ Jesus, what a name. To up your own arse to see the tragedy. It’s like a viagra company calling them self Semi.

You failed your plastering endeavour and f**k*d off to Poland to hire a girlfriend.

Just Man up and admit it.
How can you Labour for 6 months abf get an apprenticeship at the end of it? Baffling. f**k knows what you did

Really? How pleasant
I really am trying to be nice here but, you don't seemed to have grasped that the internet is just like Coronation street. None of it is actually real, with exception of a few people on here chances are you will probably never meet anyone in person.. Chillax dude !
due to where I live ( and me not being interested in travelling more than 30miles for graft) the vast majority of my plastering work is skimming who gives a fook, I have only screened one floor this year and that was only 9m2, if I'm lucky i may have rendered 200m2 , I have probably only done about the same of what I would class as proper float and set possibly less ( cos most Plasterer s talk about float and set like fishermen talk about the one that got away), again who gives a one.

Just take it all on the chin and move forward.

Fun fact, I have 0 paperwork.
No point in having all that paperwork when you cant float a wall, and an apprenticeship isn't just those days at the collage. Lets put it this way as the skill level has contracted why teach your students to plumb dot and screed a wall. Thats Maltys world, and he thinks he can have a go at jess for coming to the trade in a different way. When all the experience he's got is next to zero. I was right to point out he never contributes to any plastering discussion. All he's got left on here is calling people people c**ts. Did i mention he thinks he's a cut above, and can't go on site because he has no skills. When maltwank goes on a plane he has to pay for an extta seat for his ego.

I'm a skimmer.
Never floated a wall.
End of story. That's why I ask loads of questions. My job was to get in newly boarded properties or basically skim walls ready to be skimmed after paper had been taken off etc. Did patching, fire places etc, kitchen bathroom ripouts. That's why I ask many questions. I'm basically a f**k**g skimmer. Don't hate me.

And guess what? When I do get the floating, jobs I'll crack it no bother. You think cos you're on a forum it makes you the best in the world. You're nothing mate. You just need to feel part of something to make yourself feel better.

And, renderers aside, most of all you guys' daily jobs is f**k**g skimming so get off your high horses. That's a fact that's unarguable.

So. You have deduced that plasterers who aren't rendering today are probably skimming?

Walty my boy, you are a thing of beauty. You give me a reason to get up in the morning. I open TPF every day tingling with excitement, waiting to see what's been going on in your head.

I agree that the skills level at college has contracted but screeds are the best way for a beginner to get a wall flat. More experienced plasterers have the skill and confidence to put on the whole wall taking into account low/high spots etc. Some kids I teach think that just putting it on the wall makes them a plasterer. Any way you enter this trade, think of it as an art at best, and a craft at least. There's info on here which would get lost as some apprentices aren't interested. A student said this week when making his reverse mould on the bench, "I can see why it's a dying art , it's f****ng boring" It made me laugh because some lads just want to know float and set and that's fair enough. Jess shows an interest in fibrous because she's passionate about it I guess.

How are you trying to get on? What’s posting a pointless statement on a plastering forum got to do with getting on in life? Welcome to the ignore list you rat faced boring ginger c**t
