hi

i need to fix some timber battens to a wall prior to plasterboarding that i will be applying tanking slurry to. what's the best way to do this. i'm assuming i don't want to be screwing through the tanking slurry. would using an adhesive be ok for the battens? just a grab adhesive like gripfill or any other suggestions?

also would i be best using duplex plasterboard or the green moisture resitant plasterboard?

any advice appreciated,

thanks

Just put a blob of clear silicone in screw hole should be fine.
or..... no wont go there.

Just dab insi boards over the tanking or use the board foam
