The renderer I’m looking to hire is using this as a base coat.

Would this be ok as a base coat for Weberpral M?

Process:

Taking off pebble dash render to brick

Applying pva
Applying base coat with mesh
Applying Weberpral monocouche with plastic float finish (not scraped)

Please advise, or should I can him.

If the process is incorrect but technically sound, it may still be worth it?

Atlas is a chancers render. Mainly Eastern Europeans using it from my experience. Cheap and not so cheerful.
