Another new trowel from NELA - PREMIUM ELITE

Surely the people who have an elite 18 should test them

Tbh Nela need to sort it out its obvious the shank was too short your telling me no one said it in testing? I hope you guys didnt just test 14 inches..

I’d like to know how a ‘Higher quality’ stainless steel blade will make it produce a sharper edge in a shorter time. I might be wrong but that’s counter Intuitive. Good stainless steel is a bitch to sharpen.
What i find with all the new trowels is they all last f**k all time. I was back using my 20 year old mt trowel all the way through a set the other day .

I remember you mate when fin was born.
and you said enjoy the little man
I didn't understand what you meant
I've had 3 daughters which you know mate xx

I know now what you mean
hes full of life
bubbling everyday
Great feeling having a son :birra:
He looks like a great kid mate. Lovely, cheeky smile.
In fact all your whole family look like a great bunch.
You keep on enjoying them all.

Ok so used it to flatten first coat and it was painful to use chattered if I didnt hold it a specific way and slow down

Not impressed the shank needs to be much longer, going to ask for a refund or swap it to a smaller size when I have spare 5 mins after work

Give me a call, based on the feedback from TPF, we will extend the shank and swap it for you

Agree mate, especially when branded premium etc.

(I know you shouldn't have to)
You can ease it back, handle facing down to ground or on a hop up, one hand at each end of trowel and apply gradual pressure, (not sudden or a quick press though)

Then check its back to flat or with a slight camber the correct way.
