hi lads I'm hoping to spray a light Tyrolean with mono, and obviously need it as tight & uniform as possible, the mono will be sprayed with a ump 1 3 phase machine, then hoping to use a hopper gun or bennu x15, has anywone got any experience in this?

A bit slower than parex, but have been caught out on overnight ears with it! Nice enough to use, but doesn't do the m2 a bag IMO!

Had quite a late one spraying k1! But have got access to a couple of tubs of they're accelerator, how much are you guys putting in per say 100 lts of water? Cheers!

Ye, pin the mesh. It's only a light splattering on the wall really! By the time one of the boys comes round with the serrated spat, is oppose between 5-8 mm!

I thought I'd read somewhere that hp12 couldn't be sprayed, so gave Ian @ Pft Wales a bell, he gave me a couple of settings, etc etc & away! To be honest it was quite nice stuff! This pine end is the last bit to mesh

Cracking little machine!

The ritmo is better me thinks! 1 spread spraying & ruling & feeding the machine. While the second spread is getting a ceiling on in the other room, & when the hardwall picks up, the 2 spreads jump on those! Quids in really! A machine that mixes for you has got to be where it's at!? Jmo

It's what the rep recommended for the spec on the job, it's a very shiny face brick garden wall. 2 coats of microgobetis, maite+mesh base, pinned, then maite as dash receiver.

How long before coats on this stuff? & how long do you have to let it go before putting maite on? (I can't speak francais!) lol cheers guys.

Hi guys, render technical state they're rend aid, goes about 7.5 m2 @ 2-3 mm thick. Has anyone got experience of it going over brick & black mortar joints? If so, in you're experience, how far will a bag go? (The walls hacked off aren't the worst, nor the best!) regards Rhys.

I went up to 50mm with a pump able screed through the ritmo as there were access issues, spot on it wax!

Hi guys, got an arch to form, & I've bought expamet arch formers wich have come straight, which you bend you're self to create the arch. They're eml, wich have a heavier gauge to normal skim beads! So do you form the arch first with bonding, & then put arch beads on to over skim? Any tips would...

Exactly like that mate! But only about 1/2 m2! We started the whole house today and have only done 2 rooms, it's the only problem I've had, but certainly don't want whole ceilings coming down!

I pumped vertically yesterday with the ritmo, & when the hose was full of gear it would kink with the sheer weight where it goes over the scaffold, restricting the flow a little. Have any of you guys fabricated something to make it curve round the scaffold pipe a bit better? I usually just...

I F*****g hate scaffolders, illiterate T***s, always moaning, if they didn't own some poles they'd be in jail, sorry rant over.

I like using the refina s*p*r*lex, but enjoy looking at the Nela!

There's not many new trannys out yet mate! They've brought out the transit custom to compete with the transporter market, but also have a new transit which is same size! (Really like the custom though!)

Do you mind me asking why you hand balled instead of sprayed? Or was this before you got the machine mate?

One interesting thing is there were more cracks where the wall hadn't dried quite as well implying it was deeper there, & could be sagging off the scratch?

Hi, the scratch was done with 4 to 1 with 2 caps of freeflo (gauged in a bucket) but the rep told me that the OCR is about a 6/1/1 which is weaker anyway!?
