I know there is a few threads on Airless but is anyone using on site houses, apts etc? I have over 100k M2 to do in the next 12 months and finding it impossible to get consistent finish with skim. Does it require sanding ? Is quality superior to skim ?

We top coated a 220 m2 gable last friday with the pft texture gun, finish was first class. Does not look so good now heavy rain friday has damaged it , whats the best way to repair it? Its weber elephant grey.

I am pricing a hospital the spec is 12 mm sand cement , 3 mm skim and a recessed skirting with stop bead . I take it to be a shadow gap above the skirting has anyone done this before ? I have with plasterboard but not sand cement.

I have always finished my render with a sponge but I have a house on and the customer wants a napp finish, any tips and do you change to mix compared to sponge finish.
