I've done lots of these jobs and if the customer has told me the leak was fixed and I turned up to discover that it wasn't then there would be an additional charge even though it's not the customers fault. My extra bill would be recovered from the plumber or roofer whichever had not done a proper job.
I had to re-visit a job today because a plumber did not turn up on friday to connect a waste pipe, I did not consider charging extra because the £100 fine and 3 points the plumber got on friday afternoon when he finally answered my calls as he was driving his van cheered me up that much i did not have the heart too :RpS_laugh:
