Just needs a steel flue out the top to give abit more draw..on a none windy night smoke goes up the chimney ok but if the wind is blowing strong I get choked cus the front opening is a bit big for small height of chimney built inside the wall.built it there cus behind is my neighbours garage and I don't have to look at that anymore

Love all these rendered houses, especially white with the grey/black windows. looks brilliant! Do they discolour quite easy after a few years? Wish they rendered houses up here but id say about 90 - 95% are dashed. The council have started doing a bit of EWI with what I assume is a thin coat system. Would love to get into it but i think it might pass me by, my dads about to retire and he taught me everything. Unless I find someone who knows what the're doing and would like to work together on rendering jobs, but then that could cause more problems than good I suppose!

That will be covered its at over site at the moment they are running composite decking around a threshold level.
It was clean when we left too might I add!!

By extending the house out to it.
Or moving the tree closer to the house.. Whichever way it's a big assed tree
