9 out of 10 yes are around 2.3 2.4 very rare there any higher

2.4 on new builds is standard but have done 2.5 2.6 2.7 2.9 and 3.0 so your info is shite

£6/7 on standard height and Chuck a few more on for the vaulted stuff plus when boarding the vaulted ceilings you can guarantee the t**t head Architec has spec insulated board so Allow a bit more for that as well bud.sounds like a nice job
