What would be the best way to cure this please help
Dry line it out ,being a party wall ,if it has no high ground level ,but the damp being a base ment may be coming across from the high ground levels to the front or rear of he property ,if you know what i mean ?

As most of the guys on here have said you need to pop up some pics, it could be down to ground water.

he asked for the best way an in my opinion it is because i know it works an why change something that works ? alot of different way an newer ways but if it starts coming through in 3 years times you'll probably just wish you did it right in the first place

Well the reason i always push for tanking is i put a 10 year guarantee on my work so it has to be right.

The trouble is you have to over spec jobs so that you know its spot on.

I have seen people use the egg box stuff and to be honest with you its only good for certain types of construction.
