    M2 price or day rate?

Give a block price. Do it well.do it quick. He's already happy with your work so you should be able to get a decent price of him. M2 prices when given can be used against you especially if he listens to pub talk .ie poles work for x amount per m2

Jub Acrylic 'melting off the wall like candle wax' ??

I'm not a Jub applicator. But how long between priming and finish. If primer not allowed to cure this could be the case.or humidity on the primer.its hard to know without pics. Bad luck though.

    Soundproofing a ceiling

Yeah use the heavier rockwool baffles(120) fire line slab then the gypframe and a soundbloc board and as long as the kitchen ceiling is the only problem and sound isn't resonating through somewhere else ie walls, partitions etc. We would normally write a disclaimer with a quote explaining this

Holes in plaster once dried - Advice

I agree with Essex . Probably didn't trowel it enough. Some pva filler over it if the air pockets are big .if small a slight sanding may do the job.

    Aged eps

All the manufacturers that I have used have allowed between 2 / 3 month s for ageing. Boards tend to shrink over time. I ve never been offered new or (unaged) boards though.

    skim cracking over scrim joints?

Sounds like it was dried 2 quickly(you returned 6 or 7 days after),this time of year they should be ok unless theres also movement in the substrate.Did you "cork" fill the joints prior to skimming ?This can help .

    troweling accident

I seen a sparks get get van gough ed by my apprentice after the lad told everyone on site the door way was off limits. And another subbie slip on plastic while on stilts both have learned a valuable lesson and recovered.

Still concerned I'm not fast enough...

If your asking your probably not quite there yet. Quality is everything. Split it to 3 sets if need be better to be there a little bit longer and probably get recommended to their friends and family for doing a stand out job. Speed comes but quality should always be there.

    Skimming this wall (piccies attached)

Be careful using bonding on external wall especially if liable to some breathing if an old house or damp.ie bathrooms if using make sure you seal it well and do a good grout job on the tiles.best of luck
