There's some dewault ones in b nq at in for 40 quid .
Wickes had a clear out other day. Boots were a fiver in clearance.
You might laugh here but imo plaster kills all shoes I get these . Thick pair of socks 30 quid from sports direct. Get same time out of em then dearer ones

Depends how much cement work you do, but generally speaking, I'm inclined to agree with you - they get wrecked pretty quickly (or end up stinking during summer sweat), so it can be better just to buy 2 or 3 pairs of cheapos per year rather than one pair of expensive boots.

I find the foam sole tends to detach from the fabric upper. Takes several weeks to get really bad, and can be reglued with a decent hybrid cartridge adhesive (or old-skool contact adhesive), but it's something that's happened to me several times. Alkalis just eat into them. I'm talking about trainers in general, not specifically the model you mentioned.
 
Black rigger boots when outside in winter or tough jobs, most of time nike trainers had for birthdays every year that when getting bit tatty they go to work, got abour 3 pairs not worn yet so good for a long while. :coffe:
 
Usually buy cheap trainers but bought these 12 months ago, best ive ever had. Light but very comfortable and seem very tough so far. Slip on and off real easy and quick.

These are the best out there atm mate I had a pair for one year now wore them every day absolutely battered in gear and crap , totally water proof too , more comfy than my nike air max, lace less too laces are so 2018
