My local builder has just had an enquiry for this type of set up. The client has purchased an industrial unit he wants these golf set up downstairs with a block of offices on the upper floor.
 
It's getting stupid now, in my opinion you can't beat doing activities real time.
People paying stupid money for fancy video games, some will say it's because our weather ruins the occasion but that adds another dimension to your skill set and the experience.
It was my wife's 50th birthday recently and we did a tandem sky dive from 15 000 feet, the instructor's kept on trying to get us to buy the extra go pro video several times (even recorded it after we declined more than once). Everybody's too caught up in recording/posting about life rather than living it.
The instructor I had kept on asking me to look into the camera and I kept telling him I'd rather look at the landscape below and orientate myself HaHa.

I hate effects... and fake stuff.. If I am going to play golf then lets play golf
