Hello all,
I'm here seeking some advice and hopefully some inspiration. I have been in dead end warehouse jobs since leaving school nearly 14 years ago. I'm now 30 and married, with 3 young kids to provide for. I'm thinking of taking a big leap and leaving my job to start a college course in plastering 2 and a half days a week. It would take me just over a year to reach Lvl 2 diploma and would be a bit of a financial struggle to be honest. I need to be certain it's for the best before I ditch my stable job and throw my savings at this course. Some tradesmen have said there is too many plasterers and not to bother whereas others say there's always work for a good plasterer. Any advice would be great. I have never done any plastering before, I just think it's something I might enjoy. Sorry if I have banged on a bit. I look forward to your responses. Thanks in advance.
