Not one for normally putting pics up but overboarded this, stop beads all way round to create a lip on the coving as the ceiling was on its arse .... anyway my point is all done off trestles / planks .... dragging s**t round ..

Whoever uses this method must love struggling .... never ever doing it again - ceiling was 13 ft so stilts a no go ....

Days like today I could well and truly fook plastering off .... struggle.com

Been on a job recently, subbing for a loft conversion company, my predecessor left the following winder behind, he was a specialist so he didn't wanted to do an everyday simple box room as he had better more specialized jobs on. Chippy was ace too.

Try a rolling scaffolding tower next, that's what I use when height is an issue

Nice job Jgreen what material is it, did the scaffolder crack any tiles

Thanks mate.
It's Parex Monorex J20 pale yellow.
It's similar to Ivory I think!
Lovely to rub.
Haven't seen any broken tiles yet but that doesn't bother me to be honest I expect it with those brutes!

Sacked work off about 11am today and we went van shopping. Sick of putting beads in my car and looking like a pikey. The thought of a winter house bashing and sticking a genny in my boot every day was too much.

Same mate but their cannock branch. Went over looked at a few and they nocked a few hundred off to get that in our budget, very pleased with it though really tidy

They sell all of northgates fleet off, the worst vans go to auction or dealers, the decent ones they sell as "trade select" that have a few minor knocks and then the sort we bought is there retail type and come with 3 months/3000 mile warranty and 30 days for the clutch as well. There not even expensive compared to similar vans on vantrader either but that bit of warranty from a big company is worth alot mentally to us.
