Your professional and have good standards.

Some are domestics only.

You only do 1 trade plastering, no jacks

Not overly impressed with it at the minute as I've been charged £6 for a duff job and at the end of this if I haven't won 1 job, the owner will get an email asking for a refund as it's been a waste of my time and money.

They haven't done what they claim to do yet, but iv got to give them a fair craic

They seem more interested in having a picture of me on my profile for security reasons incase I decide to steal an ornament, they may receive this View attachment 8791

I used to feel like slapping him when hed tell me what hed end up putting his prices in to gain work...

your words summed it up mate its a race to the bottom with everything stacked in the customers favour...

this will be my xmas/winter that I haven't had my contract work as had to pack it up earlier in the yr due to ill health...

first time ever that I wont be booked through over to the new yr...but tbh im trying not to think about it I know its easier said than done and just going to go with the flow again when the phone starts again in the nw yr...

I think the most important thing in our game is to bank all your money up and just direct debit a very low livable wage even when you've just had a cracking wk/month...

I do this all yr so now for example I don't realy need to worry as will be ok until February etc...

stick to your guns mate...and without sounding horrible don't fret about you labourer...just get a pull on your bigger jobs as and when needed instead of feeling compelled to find him a wage each wk!

I actually got suspended from my builder for raising the points you have raised and am not allowed to use mybuilder I quoted one at mybuilder a suggestion after one complaint at £18 +vat I actually got the job bloke told me it's 100% on to start Monday week texted him on the Saturday to confirm the Monday all was good went to get materials on the Sunday only for him to cancel on me Sunday night at 11pm I was pretty pissed as you can imagine and from that day never used it again never won many jobs think it was 3 in total and even then I was breaking even

Less of that b*ll***s! Northern and proud me from the mighty Leeds it has not to do with the argument havnt read fully thru it so dnt know the crack..

From an honest mistake to actually apologising to then getting abuse I think I have the right to defend myself why set yourself up for it back if your gonna get the hump,plus you could only be proud of being from up north if you haven't ever been to London earning loads down here

Argument is feck all to do with moi just pointing out the fact wtf has it got to do with north n south..like me saying ur a southern fairy

I could be a southern fairy for all you know couldn't I? Load of s**t comes out of you lot I actually got taught to plaster from a young age through apprenticeship Til now running my jobs from one of your members but I can tell the stuff you ask 90% of you are rough conts

No idea what your problem is mate but to all of sudden claim 90% of people on here are rough may I suggest you leave and close the door firmly shut behind you thankyou.

Nah I hang around typical trying to bully new members as I've seen before on here ain't on is it? From an honest mistake to this I have a right to defend same as you take a look at yourselves before jumping on that wagon with the others

I'm new aswell and had my running's but you just sound like a prick tbh..how can u claim 90% r rough on here..cmon where my mate flynny wats this guy contributed to forum eh flynny lol

To get called a t**t from the off after apologising for an honest mistake I think that's a bit out of order of my comments offend I can only apologise but I can honestly say after being in the game long enough and worked with enough plasterers over the years it takes at least an hour for them to come to that conclusion he didn't take the apology or give me that hour
 
The all welcomed me with good cheer and cyber cuddles......just ignore marshy he's a bit of a drunken loony....and kitchy likes to be a bit.....abrasive....but so would you be if you had to live around Leeds all the time....its a rough old place, you can tell by the football fans.
