skimming in bristol

Rates aren't going up around West Yorkshire , we were offered a start on a new build site in Huddersfield ,three story house ,4bed £ 2.30 m2 skim only
Worked out at £ 1,000 .00 per plot . Somebody's making making money certainly isn't the spreads

Just done 120 rooms in student block in Bristol £4 m2. Then next job in Bristol was £2.75, told them to keep it at that price. , £3.50 m2 is the going rate at the moment around Bath, Bristol and South Wales

£4 Is still good money though.
