Has anyone here tried getting online gigs or local leads using apps like nextdoor (i only heard of that one by the way), oneroof, or citizen?

I’ve been exploring ways to find small local jobs and connect with nearby homeowners who might need help, but I’m curious if anyone’s had good (or bad) experiences with these platforms.

Do they actually bring in real work or just end up being time-wasters? or should I focus on ads ?

Any advertising is good advertising but you need to put the effort in to each one... dont do it half hearted....
