1bar per 1m of hose thats the best guide for consistency so 25mts hose 25 bar gear is right

We are spraying k rend gp mortar at the minute at 8 bar on 20mts of hose!!!
The gear really needs to be like piss for the first pass directly onto the blockwork
Any stiffer and I can't keep up on the rule
We don't bother with the guide that's advised as the gear is unworkable!!!

Sorry mate yeah i know those ritmos can have tweekings to keep the amps tight etc.
I was mainly talking about mono and 3 phase machines Amps not going ro be a problem.

Sounds like it might be polymer setting it up hp12 is the same
