replaster or not.

A client wants me to replaster an outside wall,the problem is that there is alpine finish on it and that has several coats of paint,I have suggested stripping the old plaster off...to much work he say's....any suggestions are very welcome

nobody likes to walk away but is rather walk away than walk off a job.

sometimes it needs a sorry cant do to make them listen to you

I used to be the same, but experience has told me to walk.....sometimes I run
