I can't stand the sun, been rendering all week. Factor 50 , hat with a teatowel down my neck. I'd burn under a 40watt lightbulb

I learnt from Aussie & Canada, nurses and people all telling me about sun cancers & digging out melanoma's - hat, top and waterproof SF50. I carry SF50 suncream and a hat of some sort on the van all the time.

Geting a sun tan it art when the weather start geting nice you start off whith a good 10 minute every day for month build it up to 20 minute about 3 weeks not rocket science. That a art of first degree skin cancer
