Anyone else been bombarded for render and mono quotes? I’ve had one a day for about 10 days. Not out of the ordinary but I’ve had maybe 3 internal enquires in that time.

Im quite optimistic about it to be honest. I think on the domestic side it will be a slow rest of the year but I think it will pick up like it did after the housing crash as people stayed in the house they were in and renovated rather than moved. The phones still ringing but it’s gone from 5 a day to 5 a week at best
