I have had a 110v casals mixing drill, Spanish company I think. I can't praise it enough its filthy but still going strong (12 years), never even had the brushes changed. It's been absolutely thrashed all its life even mixes sand and cement no probs, just wish I could find another. I love that periodic tap on the casing of a mixing drill with a hammer and watch all the dust bellow out, it's like beating the seats of the school bus.

If i remember rightly my first mixer was called Dennis and used to stink of stale ale every morning and had a Senior service hanging out of the side of his gob constantly but, for a fella in his late 50's he could keep two spreads and me the apprentice going with gear all day long :RpS_thumbup:

Worked with another spread recently and used his refina mixer all day,but because it was slightly different to mine I hade back ache all next day.
(Wow that was interesting! NOT!) :rolleyes)
