Ah Ah, these lot crack me up, it does sound like a wind up, there are too many elements to take into account before pricing up, for example does it need scaffolding, how far is the job, how many days will it take, who is available for labour .............if you got 5 years exp, why wonder wonder what price per SqM, price up other costs and then mark up what you want for it, and divide by the 50SqM

I would charge 4 blokes £500 each & then let them loose on the house but they would be under the impression that it's a rendering course :RpS_laugh:
So I'd be getting paid by them & the customer :RpS_thumbsup:

But then I'd have to run quite quick like :RpS_unsure:
