Poor rendering

Hi looking for some advice please
I recently had an extension
But the rendering is shocking
They have agreed to rerender.
My question is do they need to score the top coat so the new coat will stick
I have no idea so just looking to make sure it's done properly next time

Jesus Christ this has to be the worse one this week.
It’s definitely shitty rendering season!

Forget about them “re-doing” it, they’re incapable of doing the job properly. Request payment back and look around for a well recommended local tradesman.

Spot on, that's vandalism nothing else.

The lights don’t help but that still bloody awful!
It does look terrible with the lights on, but, as you know full well, that isn't how rendering/plastering is judged according to b.s., nhbc etc..
Looking at the daylight photos it doesn't exactly look like the worst rendering we've seen on here does it?

Is that one of your jobs mate?

I bet it looks different when you're looking at it real time.
Lost count of the number of times friends have shown me photos of their new girlfriends, then you meet them..... my expression never lies.
I hope you can swim, the wee fella isn't keen on that kind of attitude.
