Mental health and depression

I’ve been through similar stuff and talking really made a difference for me. Mates helped some, but I also rang a therapy hotline when things felt too heavy, and honestly, just speaking to someone trained who didn’t judge or expect anything back was a huge weight off. It wasn’t a magic fix, but it gave me a bit of breathing room to figure things out.

I’ve been doing a few small changes lately to feel a bit more balanced, like taking short walks during breaks and switching to cleaner food. A mate also told me about cbd isolate wholesale, and I’ve been looking into it as something to mix into shakes for a bit of calm without THC. Worth checking out if you're looking at natural ways to take the edge off.

Yes, I have in teh last 18 months been making small changes to my life to make sure I get through the days better...

Cut down alcohol...

try and look for the positives in the day rather than what is so s**t with the day

but the best thing I did is get a dog... almost ruined my marriage but my dog has kept me moving and positive. Even my wife has said that my dog makes me a better Dad, husband and person...

With the dog I get exercise and lots of it!!

Just had to have my dog put to sleep a few weeks ago, been a lot harder than I thought to move on!
He was over 13 so a good age.
