How many of you lurkers out there have lost their way ??
Be honest now puetos.
Just popped over site next door to pick up scrim.....theres a fella in there with 20 different skimming tools.
I walked in as he had a metal spat in his hands running them up and down reveals lol.
Looked at me all sheepish...told him he's gonna bend that running up and down on them beads.
His skimming looked completely out of shape.
My brother said the same every firm he jumps on lads look like they've lost their fuucking minds with the amount of skimming tools there using.

Skimming use a 13x5 xtralite. Use medi flex or s*p*r*lex last wipe just. Floating was using a nela but looks like a rivet about to pop so I've bought myself a përmashape.had one years ago and liked it alright but only had the one.

Find can finish our gear slightly earlier with it, here. Builders and agents and anyone I've worked for likes a polish on the falls. Doesn't need to be like glass, but flat and mat would get pulled for most ppl I've worked for. Though it's of no huge benefit otherwise tbh.

But I can do the same and better with my carbon or mt? That’s the one trowel I will never miss when it’s gone.

Are this trowels flat? Mines not and don't know what to make of it as I can't use the whole blade, just the edges.

Yeh yer right slight camber to it so when u try use the toe it dunt Work properly surprising how rigid it is
But if skim thick or any lines it won’t flattening it ,bit of a cant reallly
