Looking for some help

In a bit of a predicament down here in Cornwall and thought putting the word out on here would be a good place to start.
I run a small decorative plastering company near Falmouth covering all aspects of traditional lime and fibrous plasterwork. Been mostly restoration, but more recently off the shelf stock mouldings as there seems to be demand for it down here, currently think I am only firm south of Plymouth doing it. ( I may be wrong) There used to be a firm in Truro but chap has since retired.
Consequently I am struggling to find anyone with the skills needed to help with an increasing work load.
Colleges are no good asCornwall does not run pure plastering courses but combines all the wet trades in to a "Cornish mason" so college route apprentices are out, plus there is no one leaving with any in depth workshop based skills.
Worked with loads of really good spreads over the years and use a few subbies for flat work but can't afford to pay plasterers to learn fibrous.
So basically are there any good fibre hands out there (in the county) I could call on on sub con basis for now, plus anyone keen for an old school apprenticeship?

Any thoughts welcome, cheers.

I could be interested depending on the work and pay as id have to make it worth my time being based in liverpool.
Can always contact me and ask me to give a price for some work and go from there.
is it workshop or fitting your after?

I am a plasterer with 9 years expedients. I'm interested in studying fibrous plastering with you. Can you please send me your email address and your phone number so we can have a bit more of an in depth discussion about it.

Thank Paul.

Hi Mike, I'm really after someone fairly local I can call on as and when both in the workshop and fitting at the moment.
If something tasty crops up that would be worth you travelling I will definitely be in touch if that's cool?
Website is Plasterer Cornwall, Plastering Contractors, Plaster Contractors, Specialist Plastering, Ornate Cornices, Plasterwork if you want to look.

Hi Ben sorry missed your call earlier. I am really trying to find a skilled fibrous plasterer in Cornwall who can help with current work load. If I took on an apprentice/trainee it would be full time and hopefully long term to be worth the investment. Thanks for offer though.

Hi, I have a suggestion for you, we have a good sellection of standard mouldings, available straight away, perhaps they could be of interest to you and your customers and we could do a mutually beneficial price deal. The range of mouldings, my contact details, telephone number, email etc are on the website www.cs-interiors.co.uk , if you would like to get in touch. Best regards, Chris.

They would not get broken if we deliver ourselves or they get collected, it only happens when you get monkeys handling them

Hi Chris, thanks for offer. We make all our mouldings ourself, not a huge stock but growing slowly. One of the main reasons for starting up with stock mouldings was the cost of delivering cornice from up country.
Plus the money is in the manufacture not the fitting!
Just need an extra pair of hands :)
