Hopefully get a statement from British Gypsum. Think construction would be unaffected so hopefully the plant will keep running.
 
What should of happened was proper parliamentary debate over the last three weeks and then they vote on it. This isn't a case of ooh we didn't know what could happen.
We elect politicians to make decisions for us that's what democracy is all about.
They are there to make the big decisions for us and we give them that authority when we vote.
The thing is thought, politicians, like everyone of us make our decisions which are not always made based on the wider good but what will have the least impact on us individually.
Just be happy in the fact your not the one ultimately responsible, cos I would bet a pound to a pinch of sheite nearly all of the cabinet of thought " why did I get into politics" at some point during this year.
 
Said it for months its our economy ,our country. Its getting like 10 couples who go out for a meal and overspend then look sideways when the bill comes over.
You have to spread the pain. The comfy ones who are paid 100% regardless of lockdown will still wants plasterers,electricians,barbers and pubs restaurants all to be open when it all blows over cos they'll have savings cos they ain't been out.
Teachers,coppers ,firemen,nurses etc all on 80% or less till it all blows over. We fix it together or it won't get fixed. Needs a war effort now to curtail and we can't have a war type effort when some people know the bombs will pass their houses past.
 
And don't get me off with the your business isn't credible a ymore s**t. Plumbers have saved more lives than doctors ever will with water hygiene.
 
1500 a day going to hospital and 1000 in icu. These figure are rising (doubling) ever week. When do you act? Now. Later. Never.


Wasn't long ago there was 45 people in icu...

Now we act now
If its genuine then we have to take a look at our world. Top 1% own 99% plus of the wealth. They could afford to let us sit at home on full pay for the next 10 years and maybe only lose 1%
But they won't
 
@hector warned yous months ago,and some tried to dis credit him. Called him all sorts, it may not be the severe lockdown as before in march but it will affect us

It was obvious another lockdown was guna happen didnt need hector to tell us! Still not a crashed economy tho as of yet that he predicted
