Got a job thin coat over existing render.

Need a K Rend base coat that is suitable and can be sponge floated smooth?

Also what beads do I use 8mm?

Cheers

Parinter is easy to use and not bad on price
You won't be floating it mind
If it's a thin coat system mesh beads then flatten and sponge away

Amen to that.
We use Parinter over old painted render and then tyrolean on top. Easy to spat and sponge.

ive just done one. used hp 12. found it easier to sponge finish than spat finish ready for topping

used 10mm bellcast then mesh anglebeads

Did you use power sponge on it? spat first? mesh angle beads where to I get those? 8mm?

Thanks, HP12 same spec I got from K Rend.

You won't want to use a 8mm bead which doesn't exist anyhow!!
Mesh bead or 6mm plastic bead
All the big suppliers will stock mesh beads
