Is this correct?

Some young guys plastered my ceiling but said it was not necessary to put in the corner mesh. However, it does not look neat and I want to clean corner. Can I add the corner Mesh to the outside of the plaster and smooth over it with Polyfilla? I just want to tidy it up before I paint it.

My point was loads of us are where you are, half us in our 30's but dont feel the need to mention it every week, it just always sounds a bit sad because you keep repeating it
