I never doubted them

I never doubted them

The thick ones yes you are correct

we're all spreads so no geniuses amongst us.

looks like a living room you're doing. 5x4. by time you've set that thing up i've boarded half.

you'll use it a few times then realise it's more hassle than it's worth, like
I did 5 years ago. ground floor emty room great. cluttered room ball
ache. carpet ball ache. 6 storey up
more s**t to carry.

you'll learn in time

It takes less than 30 seconds lol

how often you boarding?
Subsidence area and a lot of work for builder so a fair bit, as earlier 6*3 a lot of the time but I'd never board a ceiling with 8*4 without the lifter use em downstairs rooms mostly

And I'm not arguing anyway mate you crack on and you will be faster but them boards are heavy and I'm not in a rush so take the easy option

I swapped the wheels on mine I put my super mundo wheels on it off Bauwer roller skates, well fast , even on carpets lol

like i say, tried them, liked at first but then became a ballache. 6x3 and 2 props on my own i'm fast.

you won't suffer joint damage from
boading a ceiling every now and then. if anything them shoulder presses will
do you good

On day 1 it had paid for itself, if I never use it again then it doesn’t really matter, but I have it just in case.

And it was doing shoulder/bench presses that ruined my shoulder,

your form must have been terrible

don't need props for any board but i use them on 6x3 yes.. 6x3 12.5 2 props this is the fastest way to
board a ceiling
Fair enough, I just hold it up and screw it, drill and screws in the toolbelt

my method to board/overboard

find joists and mark

i can do this but i'm a bit ocd, like my boarding neat. i've been called a cabinet maker before when people see my boarding.

my method..

6x3 12.5 2xprops

find joist and mark

props for full boards n few screws to
hold

do all cuts and tac

walk around screw the lot in

works for me..

Aye not calling you, we all have our method

Funny thing is it only hurt on light weights going heavy never felt anything, I suspect that may have caused more damage though.

correct form is crucial at gym tho. light weights is usually accompanied by high reps which would indicate an old injury or wear n tear. heavy weights will cause on the spot injury
