Can you dot and dab thermal taper edge boards or should they be screwed to a framework. I just think it's only the 22mm foam holding the board.

As long as they are not the polystyrene type backed ones henry they are screw only, pink or yellow solid foam ones d&d them then they should have fixings put in but I've been on loads of sites where they haven't put secondary fixings in and they've not had probs

Put a really tight coat on the backs of the boards this helps them stick

Bg ones didnt seem to spec fixings after dabbing from what i can remember

the only boards you cant dab are the ones with foil on the back, with boards that have insulation on you need to put 2 nailable plugs in, as a secondry fix.

Polystyrene can be dabbed too
