Structural cracks in plaster/brick - house has since been underpinned in past is there any point crack stitching or just take back to brick, fill crack , float and skim??

true thanks , originally what I was about to quote for then found out had been underpinned so thought I’d get a 2nd opinion if it’s worth it. Appreciate it
