Bubbles on my plaster when Painting...

Moved into new house, built 2001, painted living room and noticed bubbles(see pics) when rolling over, calmed down a little since Paint cured but still noticeable, the bubbles are full of air behind them if anyone knows why and how to sort?

Normally grease on the walls do that.. I am not a painter... Some would argue I am not a plasterer either :/

K at the photos you posted and you'll see the paint is directly on bare plaster you mong.
