Been doing two bedroom ceilings in George Washington's family house near Lancaster reinstated the laths and three coat work. I'll post more pics when finished
 
Nice job, it's suprising how long it takes to nail the laths in place.
Getting quicker now mate must have done nearly 200m2 in the last couple of months alone. It's a hellishly boring job though

It is mate but strangely rewarding f**k that gypsum s**t ha ha ha

Here's the finished ceilings just a couple of photos showing the float coat and setting coat, also there's a photo of a frame with reed and wattle from the oldest part of the building the plaster is over 400 years old

The old boy who taught my brother told him that local farm hands would would be pulled in to do the lath work during quiet farming seasons
