1 coat wonder

Not that i like to just take shortcuts but why bother 2 coating board finish over new gypy? I skimmed a 5x4 lid today in 1 coat and it turned out beauuuuuuutifully 8)

student accomodation at £2.50 per metre. I'll one coat special

5 million pound house in cheshire at £5. I'll two coat. Always.

A good finish can be achieved by a skilled one coater, NEVER as good as two coats though
