Third generation myself these kids today want it all but with minimal effort.

I Didn’t have any choice personally being the 3rd generation in the trade. I can’t see there being a fourth though.

same here also 3rd generation, all plasterers except 1 who went over to the dark side and became a bbbbbbbbbricklayer, there said the word finally,years of therapy does help
