Waterproofer in Render Base Coat

Hi all,
I’m just in need of a bit of clarity. I’m a builder and I’m attempting a bit of patch rendering for the first time today. Just a small area above a lintel, nothing major. I can plaster so I feel fairly confident, however, I appreciate I need to get the mix right. Can anyone clarify what waterproofer product I can use in the base coat which is readily and easily available?
Thanks again in advance for any advice.

If you can get parex Parmurex that is waterproof, just add water, mix and apply in layers.

Traditional sand and cement mix?

For patching like that, either freeflo (cementone/bostik), or everbuild evermix 3 in 1.

With these two, you need nothing else.
No lime, no plasticiser.
Just add sand and cement.

Ample good enough for what you need there.
