Time served plasterers required

I'm not 'time served' in its truest sense. I didn't even get my NVQ 3 until I was in my forties. My old man didn't have any form of qualification whatsoever.
I'm pretty sure that @Mouldyoldspudgun , @paulf and gibbo are all properly time served.
Just shows what a waste of time that is, doesn't it?
Nor did my dad he reluctantly sent me to college learnt not a fooking thing he didn’t already teach me but got a certificate that’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard still in a box somewhere at mothers :ROFLMAO:
 
I’m not time-served, learnt off the shovel. I knocked on the door of a plastering firm every week for months - that day the gaffer was there and said you can start now if you want. Personally, I think being a labourer is the best way to learn IMO. Cheers to Saturday-night. :)
