thistle one coat

got a job on monday to skim bed ceiling which has a small hole all so the walls have some patching to do chasing etc gonna use one coat for patching work,would this plaster be ok to stick a piece of p/board into ceiling? I would norm use bonding

thanks for youre reply Grand Wizard. Just would make sence to sort the patching out first in morning and ceiling
then skim ceiling with multi in afternoon. cheers matt.
