Got some small panels to thin coat ,, does it have to be primed as thinking want it to pull in quicker

Think he means a primer on what ever basecoat he's used,in which case I'd always go for a primer.

we give the base coat 2 coats of primer leaving a week between coats to cure. then leave the second coat another week to cure, then the acrylic finishes off well.

3 weeks for the priming!!

Balls to leaving it that long can understand leaving base coats but primer only on thin

if the primer is left to cure it kills any suction from the base coat.

I know how it works malc but I don't know anyone leave it that long also 1 coat plenty if 2 or 3 of you putting on ive never had suction issues

Priming is my favourite part of the job half a day, 3-weeks I think I'd give up
