I always find one big set takes 30mins longer anyway and then you're nackered and have to clear away all your stuff after. Do 2 normal sets and you can clear everything away while the second set is drying. By the time you do your final pass it's only you and your trowel left in the room

No time difference between a big set and 1 steady set is 30minutes, sorry just read it back and wasn't very clear. But then you have to clean all the room up when you're shattered aswell. Much prefer 2 steady sets and room already cleaned by the time you finish
