M2 rate at £3.20 then skimming beams at £2.70 Linea meter and beading beams £0.70 a meter..flats range from £600-£750 ish lads are doing ok on them

Lads have just done a 1 bed flat for £840..3 beams in appartment so tops wage up some gud money in these beams as some are 3 sided

Very close to it. If work doesn't pick up here in spring/summer there's a 2:1 squad going to tip over thou going to stay away from London because of them crazy rates of rent and them suicide bombers lol.
