It will depend on who's gear you are using. As keith said Weber with a bit of accelerator in may work but the imported slow setters I doubt it.

I did a Granicem yesterday afternoon by 3pm and just right this morning. 12c yesterday and 5c overnight. Solid wall house with heating loss.

I've done a scratch render yesterday using enewall, we had it on by 2 and it was still soft today at 3, it's good gear but takes an age to go off.

They do have a winter mix, but didn't have any in stock at the suppliers and it was a 10 day wait.
