What's with the slimline Ryan? And while we are on the theme- what's your opinion on gas powered generators or diesel ?

No view on the Genes as I have no experience in the Gas versions. But with the new laws coming into play over the next few years, that or single phase machines will be the only options.
 
New laws are coming into play over the next few years regarding emissions etc. It wouldn't surprise me if they will end up trying to stop the use of diesel or petrol genes on sites and make everything run off 110v. Just the way things are turning. We are selling more and more screed machines into London which are electric over diesel now as they aren't allowed to use them
 
By the sounds of that this country gonna go tits up mentally, wonder where they will get the leccy to power the electric machines
 
But let's be honest , that will hardly be the case, same as all this electric vehicles malarkey . We are just not ready for the next few years to be used as much as we use the diesel and petrol . It's interesting diesel screed machine is banned on site now Ryan, cos they still running diesel here in London

Agree with you mate. The machines aren't banned mate, but a lot of places won't allow them on due to noise and emissions

GB-Machines have even developed an electric Screed machine for this in Europe

Hi Martin. With your current Ritmo L package you allready have much of the equipment. To have a 3 phase G4X all you would require is
1, G4X with standard equipment £5915
2, A Honda generator £2162
3, A power cable £150.00

You are more than welcome to pop down and have a look at a PFT g4 before you make a decision. If you have any questions i'll be happy to answer them
 
You're more than welcome to bring your G4 down, put it side by side with the K4 and tell me what warrants an extra £2500.00. I'm sure you wont want to take me up on that offer though.
The fact you get a pretty much identical setup with a more powerful generator from us for a saving of about 2.5k is probably a bit of a tough nut for the PFT dealers to swallow. Hence their slating of the machine.

Why not compare the M tec m330 to the Kaleta K4 ? Why does that warrant extra ????

You get what you pay for

I will do Ian and tend to with customers on a regular basis. Hence the M330 outselling the K4 10-1.

I have always said the M330 is by far the best machine. The mixing capabilities, output, pumping distance and the technology behind the machine warrants it. The fact you can't back fill a M330 is a huge selling point in itself. The way the material is dosed into the hopper and water is dispersed at a measured rate, and stopped when the volume is too high is very clever.

Again, you describe it as a Kaleta... it's nothing like a standard Kaleta you can buy from them. We have changed the spec and have our owns things put onto the machine. I don't hide the fact it's made in Poland and by Kaleta, and try and glorify parts by saying they are 'Original'.

It's amazing how many PFT dealers (not you or Stuart in this case) slate the M200, M330 and K4, yet none of them have used them or are willing to put it to the test. I hope you guys do bring out a new Ritmo, it just reinforces the fact the M200 is better than what you currently offer

PFT Bought out a Ritmo EWI over 5 years ago. You copied that exactly with the AHJ design, theres zero innovation there . 110v built in water pump, seperate compressor and a 1.5 kw motor. In 2007 PFT made the Ritmo, 10 years later M tec copied it right down to a 2.2 kw motor and built in compressor. That has the same output as a Ritmo.


The K4 kaleta is nowhere near the same build quality as a Genuine PFT G4. It looks similar and there it ends The extra £2500 or however much is all there on a G4 to make sure the end user has a quality machine for his money. Im sure kaleta would copy the m330 if they thought they could sell them and i bet it would be £2500 cheaper than the genuine article. Like i say you get what you pay for
 
did u eva get a bloke in ur pub selling rolexes. The big selling line was " the workings inside are all genuine"

built in water pumps mean you have to have the water butt within 2 mts of the machine. on domestic sites or internals thats restrictive.
plus its harder to move the machine around.

then there's a seperate compressor. 110v compressor total ball ache. we have a good v meko one definitely the best 110v option out there by a mile but supplier very slow.

then being 110v you are restricted by power supplys. you cant just plug into any available 110v socket on site and must be very close to original power source.
I have used the ritmo L and M for years and its plug and play for me. The main use is base coats. monocouche. roughcasting.hardwall and for any of those applications 9/10 times i just plug the water and power straight to the mains and off i go.
built in compressor. no transformers just plug and play

Again your lack of knowledge is expressed here.

M-tecs M100 was also realsed at the exact same time as the Ritmo and has the same pumping distance and output - that was the competitor to the Ritmo!

The M200 outpumps in speed and distance the M100 and therefore the Ritmo. The mixing capabilities again are better, the quick clean zone is unique to M-tec and not with PFT.
If it wasn't a step up, we wouldn't have sold over 125 of them! Amazing how PFT still do t beehive we can use the machine and air comp all off one transformer - again, we proved this to you and there has been no comment made since

Again, you call it's the Kaleta K4. It's not a Kaleta and nothing like the 5S from Kaleta, so until you gets your facts correct about the machine and it's exact specification I won't continue to argue with you. When we have something made to our specification, we get terms arranged and also 'must haves' - this covers us legally and they need to stick to our spec. Which they do, and the make a great machine which is on par with the G4

So you promote a machine you don't rate?

The water pump on the M200 weighs 5kg, causes no issue with moving

Separate compressor not only reduces noise around the machine but prevents damage by dust etc. It keeps it clean. Lightweight and easy to move.
Again, you haven't used this Air comp so you can't say the V Meko is the best. I have three in our depot and I can safely say that ours is better.

You relate to the built in water pump issue and water barrel being 2m away.... that's the same with a G4,K4 or M330. You don't hve to run from a barrel but we advise you do and fluctuation in water will affect any machines operation. Why take the risk.... But, the extra pumping distance on the M200 compared to the Ritmo means you probably won't need to move the machine

Any issues with power is the same as 3Phase, 240v and 110v. Some homeowners won't let you plug into there house. And to be honest, the M200 being 110v means you'll never have a worry using it on site, you will have the worry with 240v
