Ritmo l breaching problem

Hi I’ve had a ritmo l For six years always run well but I’ve had a problem recently with powder not mixing properly rotor and Stater are fine recently added a daughte for six years always run well but I’ve had a problem recently with powder not mixing properly rotor and Stater are fine recently added a doser To run flakes through now somebody says it’s breaching can’t seem to fix the problem powders coming through wet on the outside side through the middle any ideas

Sounds like the mixing shaft is f**k*d. Or u are spraying a light material and need a light shaft.

As Clemo says sounds like your mixing shaft. Is the water inlet hole clean?
